Our goal is to fulfill the mandate that Jesus called us to do which is found in Matthew 28:19, “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,”
With the help of the Holy Spirit, who Jesus sent to us from the Father which is found in John 14:26 But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have told you. 1 Corinthians 2:12 We have not received the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we may understand what God has freely given us.
In John 16:13 (Jesus) However when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for He shall not speak of himself; but whatever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will show you things to come.
The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance which is found in 2 Peter 3:9.
We all understand that God’s wrath brings people to rebel against and to turn away from Him. The Bible tells us that the goodness of God will bring people to repentance. As a result, he gave us two comandments to abide by which is found in Matthew 22:37-39 37 Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’[c] 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’[d] 40 All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”
He calls us to walk in love in John 13:35 By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.”
in 2 Peter 3:9 we find The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.
God sent His Son, Jesus to heal us and to deliver us from our own destruction so that we can be with Him forever.
We all strive to be disciples of Jesus. Through the power of the Holy Spirit who He sent, we strive to walk in Love, bring healing to the sick and to deliver people from their destruction in demonstration of the Power of the Holy Spirit who leads us to eternal life with the Son of God.
